When someone calls
The phone rings and you’ve got your hands full. Vinny picks up and talks with whoever’s calling.
They ask what they’d ask you: what’s on the menu, how late you’re open, what something costs. He knows because we load your menu, hours and prices.
They want to order for pickup. He takes the order over the phone.
They ask if he’s a real person. If they really want to know, he tells them he’s an AI.
How you try him out
We load your menu, hours and prices onto a test number.
You call him. Have your staff try to trip him up.
You choose when your calls forward to him.
That last box is yours. Nothing changes on your line until you say so.
What you’d ask
- Does he sound like a robot?
- Call him. That’s why the number’s at the top of this page.
- I tried one of these. It was bad.
- Then you know what to listen for. Call Vinny and see if he does the same thing.
- What if he gets something wrong?
- He can. That’s why you start on a test number: try to trip him up, then tell us what he got wrong. Your line doesn’t change until you say so.
- What do callers hear if they ask if he’s a person?
- The truth. If someone really wants to know, he tells them he’s an AI. Ask him yourself.
- Where do the orders go?
- That depends on what you run, and we’d rather tell you what works today than promise. Email us what you use: hello@hirevinny.com.
- What does he cost?
- Email us: hello@hirevinny.com. There’s no public price yet.
